    Hello! I have a question about the AMRAPs ( upper back and ab work) for the hypertrophy templates. Do you complete them just once a week, or? Thank you!

    Do them on your GPP days. So if it's a week with just SS cardio that would be once. It's it's a week with SS and HIIT it would be twice.
