  • Squat Depth Check

    Can I get a check on my squat depth and where the “crease of the hip” is? Still frame of the bottom of a [email protected] set attached. Thank you.

    I think your line might be just below the crease of the hip, but it's clearly above the knee so it's a little high. I'd go an inch or 2 lower.

      You're dancing right on the line of parallel. This would probably get red lighted in competition - just need another inch or two and you'd be good.

          Any better? I feel as though I lose tightness in my lower back and have a lot of knee slide if I go much deeper than this.

            I think youre still to high, need to go about half an inch lower to remove any and all doubt.
