I am sure this has been asked, but I am admittedly bad at using the search function on this forum.

When doing AMRAP sets on GPP days, what's the "target" for reps? Basically, at what point am I looking to add weight if I am getting too many reps, or lower weight if I am not getting enough reps?

Say I do 95 pulldowns in 7 minutes...should I increase the weight so I hit around 40?

Conversely, if I hit 20 pulldowns in 7 minutes, should I decrease the weight?
