Question re: overload squat/deadlift
So I've just started the Powerlifting II template this week after alternating between the old 7 wk hyper/12wk strength and was excited to see band squats and deadlifts. My only question was whether or not to also perform these beltless like I've been doing for all the other variations so far? Thanks in advance.Tags: None
