  • Squat form check please

    Hi. Apologies my first post here is a form check....but, I’d be grateful for feedback on my squat. I’ve been training for eight months (NLP > BBM Stregnth > BBM Powerbuilding) and am generally happy with progress, except still finding squats a challenge. This was my second working set of six at RPE eight (interested in feedback on whether it looks like an eight too).

    I’ve noticed the bar looks high, but I struggle to get it much lower with my current shoulder mobility.

    Look alright to me. The bar is maybe a bit forward on the 2nd and 3rd. Maybe looks a bit loose in the bottom position, so you could try to stop right at parallel.

      Thanks for taking the time to give some feedback. Much appreciated - was conscious about dropping a bit too low and bouncing out, so will definitely work on that.
