    For years, I’ve had to put up with uneven shoulders when lifting and I don’t know how to fix it. It messes up my back rack and front rack positions as well.

    Make sure the bar stays even during the exercises, whatever it takes. For example: if you see that the left side of the barbell is lower than on the right side, just consciously rise up it a notch. Using a mirror or a video recording may help.

    Don't worry about your uneven shoulders, everybody has some kinds of asymmetries and are very often asymptomatic.
