Just a thought, but can you loop bands through a heavy plate on the floor then around the barbell? Jason blaha has a video on this on the tubez. Seems to look like a solid option for people without band pegs.

Chains and bands aren’t really feasible in my current setup so I’m looking into briefs. Anyone in the BBMsphere have experience? Inzer has some for a reasonable price but I wonder about the added poundage considering Titan and Metal are far more expensive.

I’m not looking to compete equipped, just to have some fun with overload. I like my slingshot and assume the briefs would be similar in nature.
