    I assumed they're supposed to be done like deadlifts in reverse, which means your knees are unlocked except at the very top.

    I think that as long as you keep the tension on the hamstrings it should be fine

    How much knee bend is "allowed" in RDLs?

    In order for me to get the bar to my mid shin during RDLs, I do need to bend my knees a bit. Is that ok or is that defeating the purpose of the RDL?
