    Hi All,

    I wanted to get some feedback on my squat. I seem to be hitting a significant sticking point about half way up. Here's a video from the other day of 340x4 (the last rep is a good example of what I'm referring to):

    Not quite sure if there is anything off with my technique worth focusing on. Overall the lift feels good it's just that sticking point feels like it's making the lift way harder than it should be. Maybe I'm just weak lol.

    Any thoughts or feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Looks good to me. I think form breakdown across a 'heavier' set is pretty natural. I would just focus on getting stronger. Nice job.

    Yes. The difference however is that you can become profitable with sport betting. Most people who are profitable which is a very small percentage of gamblers are profitable with value betting via

    You cannot value bet in casinos because the odds are always in their favor. However with sport odds when you find value or over-priced odds you can become a long term winner in the long run.
