Hey guys.
As the title suggests, could anyone who has run either the updated or earlier versions of PB and/or Strength 1 templates link me to their logs? I'd like to see how your training went over the course of those programs so I could prevent myself from rookie mistakes while doing them.
I would also appreciate any and all additional info/advice from you with regards to Strength 1 or similar programming.
