I was wondering on the deadlift if my foot positioning should be slightly farther away than mid-food. I have heard this was a tip given by Chad Wesley Smith. I personally think that the bar over mid-foot with the bar slightly touching my legs is safer. I was wondering if my letting my breath out slowly from the lockout position of the deadlift is better than holding my breath the whole way through. Also, can someone recommend a good video on how to execute hook grip?
