    Amazing, basically the same comments from 8 weeks ago (last W7D3). Setup was not good for DL, the rest was OK, but always feeling very tired. Evolution during this cycle is not at all as I expected.

            I've decided to try a brief peaking before my holidays, to try and evaluate if the last run of the program simply didn't work for me or if I was just too fatigued by the end of HLM (I don't think so). This hopefully will help to guide my next programs.

                    I obviously didn't do the test meet. Performance and motivation were so low that I didn't see why. Had 2 weird training sessions with a friend during my holidays, and then back today at the usual place. By January, when routine is restored, I go back to a program.
