            Bit sick, and back/glute pain flared bad during squats... Failed on 150, had to change back offs for squat and wasn't able to finish the first heavier set for the DLs.

                                The pain in the lower glute/upper hams was back during the squat, I fear the myoreps for the rows and HBBS might be aggravating it. The LBBS on day 1 doesn`t seem to make it worse, but it's affected. Thinking about some corrections, then (I don't think reducing load for rows today was enough). Also, I think I've been descending far too slow on squats, which seems to be affecting performance a lot. I'll work on it from now on, but even with pain, this session seemed an improvement over the previous. Also, for some reason I benched.
