            Deadlift is starting to get heavy. Was surprised to get bench, honestly. Was supposed to do chins but hadn't looked at the sheet.

                        Presses were cleaned. Next week I need recovery. Back is TRASHED. I've been losing weight (now about 212-215 and 35"), and not eating enough protein.

                              Did some singles on DL and doubles on press. Trying to keep intensity high without trashing my body. Rower was a complete bust, because the machine is messed up. It's like the chain lurches on the gear and makes this loud cracking sound like the whole thing is breaking. Had to dial back the intensity to keep it from doing that. I used it yesterday with no issue. It's done this before, but it usually corrects quickly. I Was pissed.

                                Will probably lift again Friday and then have ~2 weeks off. Was happy to get the first two sets of bench, and that may be a near term chin record.

                                Bodyweight is around 210-215 and waist is 34.75 - 35”
