    weighted incline pushup 38 (8/8/9)
    chin 10/9/9

    Will be the last week I do a set of 10 for DL. Cutting weight right now, and I don't want to overdo the volume. Will continue to increase weight, but will drop to 8 reps for now.

    Probably the last week I'll do the weighted incline pushups as well. The backpack I'm using is just getting too full and awkward. Not sure what to do in its place, but I want to add more arm work in, in any case. Lying LTE, floor press, curls, etc.

      Was so close on press, but lost my form on the final rep. Front squat was tough. The 10-rep sets are getting to be a lot while I'm on this cut. Next week will probably be the last week of 10-reps. As much as I'd like to hit 185, it will be the last week before vacation, and I don't see going back to that rep scheme afterward.

            This week I'm lifting three times instead of two, and I wasn't fully recovered from last time. Late reps in the deadlift were more like rapid singles than truly part of a set.

                      Chins were difficult for some reason, and I felt too gassed to row, so I'll do that tomorrow.
