    It's been about 2 months since I was last lifting consistently, and 7 months since I last back-squatted or benched. I finally moved my squat rack out of my old apartment and into my current home. I had thought it wouldn't fit in the basement, but it does, with the uprights tucked between the joists. I still can't do a standing overhead press, but I can do everything else.

    I was pretty shocked that I could do 185 for bench so easily. I think my higher rep work on the seated press and incline pushups helped more than I thought. Even then, it has been 2 months since I've done either of those, so I'm pretty happy about it.

        Wrapped some bricks in grocery bag paper, and weighed each one (each ~4-5 lbs.). Using those in my backpack now instead of books, and the weight pack is more stable as a result.

                            The WIP were a little tougher this time, perhaps because I hadn't eaten much, although it may just be a hand placement thing. I don't have any way of making a consistent grip width.
