                  Back felt trashed; decided to skip the final rep. Grip got real weak after the first rep, and I think that made me work harder on the second rep. Switched to mixed grip after that, but it had already thrown me off.

                      A little surprised at how easy this was, given that I hadn't pressed in 3 weeks. Glad to see I can get 1 plate even while seated. I think 145-150 will be very doable if I progress gradually.
