    Press sets were power cleaned into position. The progression of reps makes it seem like I was insufficiently warmed up, though my warmup was no different than usual. Deadlift was belted, shod, 3 DOH 2 MG. Felt surprisingly easy, especially after such a poor press performance. Rower didn't gas me as much as I thought it would. Will have to push harder on Friday, as I seem to be adapting to the stress.

        Bench sucked. Upper body lifts are in tailspin. Deadlift was easy, though DOH grip almost failed on third rep. Pushed very hard on rower and felt like I was going to puke for a half hour after.

            Started with 185 on bench but could only get two reps. Not really sure why bench has regressed so much. I guess far too little upper body work in the past month or so. This was at Prairie Stone.

                                Presses were cleaned, and I wasn't able to get 5s. This is the problem with pressing at the gym, because I don't have my microplates. The deadlift was DOH and very easy.
