    3-1-0 tempo squats

    Sumo DLs: 5s up to 240 kg x 5

    TnG bench: 5s up to 335 lb x 5

    6/17
    Squat: 210 kg x 4, 225 x 4, 237.5 x 4, 185 x 5 x 2 sets

    Paused bench: 120 x 5, 135 x 5, 145 x 5, 155 x 5

    Developed food poisoning in the middle of this session that took a while to pass, didn't eat anything all day Tuesday, pushed training back to Wednesday

    BW 193, lowest it's been in 4 years

    Deadlift: 220 kg x 4, 245 x 4, 265 x 4, 210 x 5 x 2 sets ... not bad. Still about 45 lb off my best set of 4, but we're getting there.

    Tempo bench: 105 kg x 8, 120 x 8, 130 x 8, 125 x 8 x 2

      Bit of a combo session due to the food poisoning screwing w/ my schedule this week. BW back around 196

      Beltless Paused squat: 175 kg x 5, 187.5 kg x 5, 200 kg x 5, 185 kg x 5. PRs here are around 500 lb x 5 and 520 lb x 4, so a bit of a ways to go still.

      Paused Bench: 130 kg x 4, 145 kg x 4, 160 kg x 4

      Beltless Deficit deadlift: 170 kg x 5, 205 kg x 5, 225 kg x 5 @ 7-7.5. I think my PR here is 250 kg x 5 @ 9.5-10

      Light tempo sumo deadlifts to keep some stimulus on the adductor tendon (which has improved markedly)
