    Pin squat: 315x5, 365x5 - felt some anterior hip pain on this set. Switched to 3-0-3 tempo squats, which felt better: 365x5, 385x5, 385x5

    Press: 4x8x115 - elbow OK
    Bench 3x10x105 - elbow OK

    I suspect dropping the barbell rows has been the biggest contributor to elbow improvement.

            2ct paused DL (beltless): 405x4, 495x4, 465x4, 465x4. Pulling these a day early, since I'm traveling to Sacramento tomorrow evening. Felt pretty bad, 2 days after 6 x 6 Comp DL. NBD.

            3-0-3 Tempo squat: 315x4, 365x4 x3 sets

            Bench: 135x10 x3 sets

              Tiring weekend of travel and teaching BBM Seminar in Sacramento. Flew back home today, then started this low stress week:

              Squat: 525x1, 475x5

              Press: 140x5 x4 sets (elbow OK)

              Bench: 145x5 x4 sets (elbow OK)

                    Tweaked my back on those paused DLs Friday. Bothered me all weekend. Then ...

                    Squat: 530x1 @7, 400x6 x5 sets. Felt fine.

                    Bench: 190x5 x4 (or 5?) sets, elbow OK.
