    Have had multiple major life stressors recently combined with some issues in the gym. Not skipping any training, but going to have to backing off on the intensity and specificity for a bit and rebuild while dealing with these outside issues going on. Might be a while before I'm back in peak condition again, which is OK.

    1.5" Deficit DL (beltless): 495 lbs x 4, 535 lbs x 4, 565 lbs x 4 (might be a PR?), 510 lbs x 5 x 2 sets

    TnG Bench: 125 kg x 5, 145 kg x 5, 155 kg x 5, 162.5 kg x 5 (only about 7 lb off my all-time 5RM)

    Paused Bench: 100 x 5, 130 x 5, 145 x 5, 160 x 5 (notbad.jpg), 150 x 5 x 2 sets. Top set was about 6 kg under my 5RM.

    3-1-0 Tempo Bench: up to 255 x 10, slowly ramping up fatigue here to keep the elbow happy.
