    Weight: 152 lbs

    I have completed the SSLP before, gonna do it again and gain some weight and strength back. I'm currently training jiu-jitsu 4-6 hours a week and it's a higher priority to me than lifting, so I'm not expecting this LP to run too long before I have to switch to intermediate programming. Current lifting schedule is Friday, Sunday, Tuesday.

    Squats: 260x5x3
    Bench: 170x5x3
    Deadlift: 285x5

    2017/11/21:
    I was sick and the night before I got caught with a hard armbar in jiu jitsu and it hurt to straighten my arm. Decided training wasn’t happening.

    2017/11/24:
    Squat: 265x5x3
    Press: 105x5x3
    Power Clean: 115x3x5
    Chin-ups: BWx10,10, 7

    2017/11/26 :
    Squats: 270x5x3
    Deadlift: 295x5

    Not even sure what I did but I tweaked my right shoulder yesterday. Went to bench today and felt a sharp pain even with the empty bar.
