    Alright i'm starting a training log finally so that I can have things written down instead of just in my head as usual. It might help me keep my progress in perspective a little better.

    Starting stats on September 24th 2018:

    Squat - 473.99lbs
    Bench - 325lbs (pause) 350lbs (TNG)
    Deadlift - 606lbs

    Height - 5'11 3/4

    Weight - 198.5lbs

    Main lifts currently training -

    Pause Bench
    Low Bar Back Squat
    Conventional Deadlift
    Press
    Pendlay Row
    Weighted pullup

    Accessories currently training -

    Incline Dumbbell bench
    Barbell Pause squat

    Routine looks like -

    Monday - Squat
    Tuesday - Upper body
    Wednesday - Deadlift
    Thursday - Upper body
    Friday - Squat
    Saturday - Upper body
    Sunday - Off
