Nationals or Bust - De-Load Week reps/sets
LB Squat - 140kg 1*5
Squat to Box - 70kg 5*4, 110kg 1*3, 130kg 1*2, 140kg *1
BSS - bw 10*3
Back Ext - bw 20*3
Just couldn't find depth to save my life, so we went to squatting to a box. Looks like I'm going to have to do some remedial work here.
The single to the box was easy, it's all in my head at the moment.
