Close to an overreach. I played an hour and a half of doubles last night, and really didn't get any sleep worth speaking of. Add to that, that I've got DOMS from the Tempo Squats from the other day.
Warming up the Deads, I slightly tweaked my QL...I was able to complete the session, but I'm a little tender at the moment.
So that little nick I picked up Saturday is still bothering me. Made doing Safety Bar Squats quite uncomfortable. I transitioned over to the Belt Squat and found it pain free...so do what you can, with what you've got.
Dumbbell RDLs - 80lbs each 8*3
Tempo Belt Squat - 50kg 8*3
Paloff Press #9 10*4
Finally my back is feeling good enough to Squat with the Safety Bar. Winded as all get out though. The first part of this cancer treatment has left me tired and winded...damn
Belt Squat - 80kg - 6*3
Neutral Grip Pulldown - 55kg 8*5
Tempo Dumbbell Incline Bench - 45lbs 8*4
As I didn't eat anything after breakfast, this was a hard session.
Appointments and what not filled the morning and early afternoon. Since I was out by the gym at the time, I got in an earlier than planned session...bur I missed an opportunity to put on a feed bag. Not gonna do that again...
