    Lo Block Pulls - 145kg 7*2
    Back Ext - 28kg 10*3
    1 Arm CMR - #11 10*3
    Planks - * 90sec, 90sec, 60sec
    Straight Bar Curl - *50, 30, 20
    Dips - bw 7*3

    Hard session. Probably the worst I've felt since coming back to the gym. Probably the heat. Recovery between sets sucked ass!

    Tough day on the bench.

    Nice start to the week. Still at little lonely in the gym, but we should be at full capacity...soon?

    Time constrained session due to holiday hours, but it was a good session. Felt good enough to bump the weights and still keep things at RPE 7. My confidence is coming back, slowly, but it's growing.

    I'm officially back...I mis-loaded the Bench! I was looking to "micro-load the damn thing to 64kg, and spaced on the collars.
    The whole first set I'm wondering why the damn thing is soooo heavy: 67kg is why. At least I got all the reps...yay me!

    Dips took a hot minute to get adjusted to.

    Came into the session not feeling "it". Surprisingly, the work went quite nicely.

    Hammer Curls 50lbs 12*3

    Used the old man bar, much friendlier knurl. My hands appreciated the thought. Incrementally better than last week, but it still feels "hard".
