Felt frisky enough on Saturday to do some interval work on a 2 mile circuit, and then got another couple miles of walking in after that was finished

Had a nice experience at the hospital (for once). The nurse, who was taking my blood pressure, had to go get a bigger cuff #gunshow

So we're under house arrest till mid June...I'll say no more.
Putting two plates over my head was a death defying moment. If one of the plates slipped, I was F.U.C.K.E.D.

Squat - 70lbs 10*5
Just a leg day. Motivation went from high to low, as the clouds rolled in, and it started to rain.
Fortunately, I performed a Jedi Mind Trick on myself, and before I knew it I was dressed and ready to go.
