  • Felt frisky enough on Saturday to do some interval work on a 2 mile circuit, and then got another couple miles of walking in after that was finished
    That's great! We just ordered a treadmill. One piece was damaged so we're waiting for that part before we try to assemble the thing.

            Had a nice experience at the hospital (for once). The nurse, who was taking my blood pressure, had to go get a bigger cuff #gunshow

                      So we're under house arrest till mid June...I'll say no more.

                          That's an awfully nice offer Tim, but I'm gonna tough it out. There are signs that the governor may be forced to relax things in WNY before mid June.

                          We had a gathering at the gym last night...in the parking lot, "socially distanced" for a birthday celebration.

                          It's all mind over matter at this point.

                            Just a leg day. Motivation went from high to low, as the clouds rolled in, and it started to rain.

                            Fortunately, I performed a Jedi Mind Trick on myself, and before I knew it I was dressed and ready to go.
