    After three years of running his programs, I trust the process.
    It's great that you stumbled on such a good gym--and coach. Or maybe it wasn't a case of stumbling, but searching?

    Yep, the program is modified for my "situation", and trying to keep the sessions around 1 1/2 hours so that there's faster turnover in the gym usage.

    Everything is RPE based now. I'm pretty good on estimating the Squat, and Deads, completely brain dead on the Bench.

    My main issue at the moment is being winded so easily.

    After three years of running his programs, I trust the process.

    The Road Back rep/sets

    Cycle Two / Week One

    LB Squat - 100kg 6*3
    Paused LBS - 82.5kg 7*3
    Reverse Hyper - 30kg 15*4
    Neutral Grip P/D - -30kg 15*4
    Slow Sled Pushes - 75kg 30yards *4
    Dips - bw 8*3
    Hammer Curls - 60lbs 12*3

    Not terribly fond of the Slow Sled Push. Getting more comfortable with the weight on the bar.

    Larsen Bench - 60kg 8*3
    Hip Thrust - 100kg 10*4
    Press - 40kg 7*3
    Straight Bar Curl - eb *50, 30, 20

    Progress is progress, no complaining today.
