Cycle 7 - Week 1 reps sets
Squat - 100kg 1*4
Paused Bench - 65kg 5*5
Wagon Wheel Pulls - 135kg 1*3
SBD Saturday's are @ RPE 7 through the meet in January.
I've lost my Squat mojo...WAH!
Bench was more disciplined...YAY!
Pulls were painless...well, I mean my back felt great...not sure about the hook grip?!?!
Oooh, and no belt for any of the work. That's a first in ages.
