    Deadlift - 160kg 6*2
    Deficit Deads - 140kg 6*5
    Reverse Hyper - 40kg 15*3
    Cable Mid Row - #16 15*3
    Dead Bugs - 60 seconds *3

    Another strong session in the books. 3 months past radiation treatments, and two months back in the gym. I'm just now starting to feel "normal". Not back to optimal, but we're on the right path.

    Close Grip Larsen - 52.5kg 10*3
    Spoto - 65kg 5*5
    Dumbbell Incline Bench - 50lbs 12*4
    Shoulder Cluster - 10lbs 12*4
    LTE / Curl - 32.5kg 10*3

    Not a bad day on the Bench. In fact, I quite liked it! Strong all the way through the session.

    Slow Sled Push - 85kg 30 yards *4
    Reverse Hyper - 50kg 15*4
    Wide Grip Pulldown - 47.5kg 15*3

    Pooped...

    Not a lot of sleep last night, and I payed for it today. The sets weren't hard, just taxing aerobically. Well, the sets were a little hard...

    The f'n Sled Pushes killed me though. I definitely bonked after the third push.

    Finally getting the feeling back that I know how to do this lift, even from a deficit!
