    Narrow Hands Push Ups - 5*10 30 seconds rest
    Pike Leg Extension - 5*10 1 minute rest
    Arm Extended Plank - 5*30 seconds

    2 mile walk 35 minutes

    Well today's the first time I've been able to walk without suffering intestinal issues halfway through the walk.

    Hopefully my long nightmare is coming to a close, at least this chapter.

    I feel like I''m eight y/o, and it's Christmas Eve. Tomorrow at 11:30 can't come soon enough!

    Isometric Neck - r/c/l *15 second holds

    Yeah, I lost the plot over the past few days...wadda ya gonna do?!?
