    Low-Handle Trap Bar Deadlift

    Not sure how much my gym's Trap Bar weighs, so I'll just write out the weight as "x"

    Throwing these into my programming for my Secondary Deadlift Day during this Hypertrophy-focused Block. I pull Sumo for my Comp. movement, so I figure having something to force me to use my legs to initiate the pull, will maybe help out. If not, that's cool too. It ain't that serious. These are honestly hard as hell though, and I'm excited to get better at them, and see how I can progress it over this block.

    DB Incline Bench

    Naked 300 Tempo Squat (no belt, no knee sleeves, no problem)

    Didn't intentionally not utilize my knee sleeves. I just forgot them in the wash at home, and only had an hour to train, so going back to grab them was a no-go. Kinda liked not having to rely on them, and waste time putting them on though. Didn't notice a dip in performance at all, nor was I expecting one, so I may just keep these 'Naked' for the time-being.
