    Deadlift:
    441x1,1,1
    452x1,1,1,1,1,2

Forgot how much I hate singles. Finished with a double. Because I really started hating the singles.

    Hip Snatch:
40kg @ 4.02 m/s peak velocity. 40kg Hip Snatch for speed should truly be a comp movement.

    Oh gross, here's some more:

    3/23/19

    Bench:
    4 sets of 7 @ 275
    4 sets of 5 @ 275

endurance is shot from the recent switch to higher intensity work.

    Deadlift:
    8 sets of 4 with 375#.

Buncha other folks trying high volume, low fatigue for pulls....figured I'd give it a shot.

Going to start with and LP [email protected]% for one session & singles between 82-85% for a second session.

    Full speed, full time, Brah.

No, I actually agree with you. Ended up not taking much time off anyhow.

But, man, those transient 5% drops in e1rm are sure spooky, though. No like.

I know you're concerned about your velocity, explosiveness, etc ... but I'd much rather have someone do that than take a week off.

    Bench:
    singles @ 309, 330, 352, 375, 390, 400 (.21 m/s), 352, 375 (.2) , then 6 sets of 5 @309

Good. Still slightly fatigued, but much, much better. OpenBarbell was freaking out today. Not sure what happened, but my data is all messed up.

Gonna make a run for a dead PR. Might compete in a push/pull in Fall.

Taking rest of week off from bench . Overdid the intensity the past couple of weeks.
