                            • Just wrapped up 8 cycles of MM 2 week. (after 3.5 month layoff pre and post surgery)
                              Squat and DL as written, except i've been doing a heavier than RX squat single on P day. Roughly +30lbs over where my conservative (385) e1RM is set now. Bench and DL e1RMs are both set just over prior meet 1RMs.
                              Bench 255 vs meet 237 (all work is paused) and DL 450 vs meet 446.
                              Bench is S day only, 3X week.
                              Added a set to week 1 bench, so (repsxsets) w1 = 3X6 X3days w2= 3X4+2X3 X3days
                              6 day split with accessories on the 3 bench days. Currently = PU bw 7X7/ Dips bw 11X6/ One arm KB rows 50lbs 8X6

                              Dropping to maintenence calories and will change squat to S/P/S, and continue bumping my heavy squat single on P days.
                              This cycle w1 365X1 w2 370X1.
                              I may consider doing one of the squat S days with fewer sets, if i find it necessary. For now though, i'll do all sets and see how recovery goes.

                              Moving cautiously to weighted dips may be another adjustment.
                              Lower reps, focusing on strength instead of hypertrophy.

                              Can't keep bulking forever, sadly.
                              But i think maybe it is time to shift to strength mode, and start approaching squat 1rm PR territory.
                              I don't plan on pushing for bench or DL singles above the program.
                              DL single is at 405/415 this cycle. 360 4X5 worksets week 2.
                              I plan on hitting 225 for the bench S days RX before even starting singles.
                              I'm on 207.5 w1 and 210 w2 now.
