          End of the road for triples for now.
          Quality of the sets is declining.
          My best paused triple is 221, but that was a one off, not multiple sets 3 times a week.
          I think i'll push on with heavier doubles, then drop down weight after a while and do triples (heavier than these) again later.
          Descent and touch point worsened after this first set.
          Paused them all though. Too vertical bar path on a couple of the third reps.

              After that, i have options in mind, but nothing drastically different, if not just the same pattern, but with a small load increase.

                Called an audible today.
                Been contemplating this change, but thought i'd do it in a couple of weeks.
                Bumped the weight up 15lbs from last session, and switched to a doubles to triples double progression.
                I'll still have my singles day between the two strength days.
                Add 1 rep to 1 set each strength day until it's 5 triples, then repeat with more load.

                  Really awful humidity today. Disgusting
                  Had to chalk my hands, which i never do. And even put on wrist bands.
                  Feet started slipping too (3rd set shown) so i had to chalk the carpet on my platform.

                  I'm liking the doubles. reps and pauses are a lot cleaner.
                  I may go to one week cycles though 5/6/ and 7 sets, then +2.5lbs and repeat.

                      Tried moving it up on later sets (not shown) and that just put me in a cramped and weaker position.

                                I was only thinking about trying to be tighter, and wasn't aware of the hips as a possible adjustment, as i only reviewed the first on the camera viewscreen.
