    Had 7 doubles scheduled, but the bar was slowing more and more on 2nd reps, so i did 4 dubs, and 6 singles.
    Time to reassess my loading. Perhaps drop down to 210 for triples again.
    Might take a look at the Hepburn singles variation one of the Exodus board members was doing.

    • Taking the day off today.
      New squat and bench plans start tomorrow/next day, and effectively all i'm missing is one day of SGDL on my continuing DL program.

      Sunny breezy day, great to keep the bugs away while i cut the grass.

            Got lightheaded at the end of the 2nd one.
            You can see the bar wobble. I guess i'll blame the heat.

            I'm not set on increasing the load next micro.
            Have to see how the rest of the sessions play out.
            Also, a 2.5lb bump is another option.
            The last thing i want to do now is get ahead of myself if this approach actually has a chance of working for the last phase.

              2nd 418 camera shut off on the first, and the bar was slipping a bit from humidity.
              Had to chalk up for this one. Hips pretty much at the right height.
              With me having to grip wide on the right, there is a very small swing to the right off the floor.
              I'll take the trade off for curing my really bad bar lag on that side with an evenly spaced grip.

                  Hit the hole hard on purpose since i've been trending toward cutting the top singles recently.
                  All in all this is improvement.
                  I'd like more speed, and just a smoother look into and out of the hole, but i didn't feel like i lost tightness.

                    Bar path on the 2nd is a bit vertical at first.
                    I think it's a confidence thing.
                    These surprised me today with how good they felt and moved.
                    I settled down and the last two were fine.
                    Not being worried so much about the pause and press does wonders for focus.
                    I had my doubts about this Hepburn(ish?) singles thing, but 4 days in and i'm starting to buy in.
                    I think it helps that i've done a bunch of work leading up to this.

                              Overtightened my belt. It didn't help at all lol.
                              I had 370 written down for this, but dropped to 365 for this first cycle.
                              6th squat session is now a squat off day.
                              That coincides with week 2 DL day, which is the heaviest.
                              I'm feeling pretty worn out, and i think these adjustments may allow me to continue with late stage weights for all lifts.
                              My recent strength/peak squat experiment was overdoing it.
