              Bit of a rough day today.
              End of the squat block though, and i avoided total disaster.
              Still 12 weeks till the meet, so that's good.

                Squat strength phase/long peak
                I have a basic structure, but also some flexibility.
                Have a couple main goal areas.

                No side effects to speak from 2nd dose vaccine yesterday
                Tired AF from the last 19 weeks squat blocks with high volume, and added intensity as well the last several cycles.
                4 hours sleep friday, and only 2 last night
                No extra volume sets today. Little deload of sorts.
