          Both singles were too vertical off the chest, but this is the 2nd attempt at the meet, and it seems fine.

            398X1 ~ Practicing this as my "opener", but will likely go 5lbs lighter at meet.

            408X1 ~ Parallel to borderline. Actually had unexpected negative talk in my head on this, which i never do. have to do a correction real time if that ever happens again. Possibly borderline depth, but unacceptable.
            408X1 - Retook 408 as a simulation of getting red lighted and coming back out to take it again.

            I'm keeping these weights going forward, and looking for when 413 seems right.
            Pie in the sky at this point is 413 as a 2nd attempt, Matching my meet best.
            That will get me where i need to be to build my total with the 5kg expected increase in meet best bench, and significant gains on DL since last meet.
            Frankly, a 408 3rd will get me there too, so it remains to be seen what looks good.

                  Little back twinge from Friday, so I called it today after two "low openers"
                  Less than a month till meet day, and 7 squat sessions remain.

                      Keywords for squat going forward are patience, and depth.
                      Back twinge (not fully a tweak) is gone, and i stepped up 10lbs from the 2 reps with 393 day before yesterday

                            Not too concerned about the depth results today.
                            A goal was to get 413 back on the bar again, as it's been about two months since i have done that.
                            5 squat sessions remain, and i can just repeat this script as my attempts.
                            If 413 gets a lot better, it can be my 2nd, otherwise i will be happy with it as a 3rd.
                            That's my meet best as it stands.
