              419 - Fail, chest folded forward, just a horrible misgroove. Of course it happens on the last session.
              Been hitting this weight repeatedly for weeks and weeks.
              Better now than Saturday.
              419 - Got it. Stayed hella upright after the prior attempt, so it came up slow.

                      Start of squat double progression for basically the rest of the year.
                      Doubles to triples adding one rep to one set each session.
                      Add weight after reaching all triples and repeat.
                      I may actually drop the weight 5 or 10 lbs for this first round.

                        Started the block a bit too heavy. Dialed back the worksets by 5lbs.
                        I'll make adjustments for next week

                        I've never had that hesitattion bit at the top.

                            I could do the 335, but i don't want to be up against it for the next load increase.
