                  With the HIIT with jump rope, I have done 4 complete sessions, and honestly, I'm already noticing my gut shrinking. I'd say I've lost about .5-1" on my waist.

                            135 10/10

                            Only two sets. On the second set, the clean to get the weight up was a little rocky. Then I started seeing stars. Got through the set, but then getting the bar back down was also tricky. The whole affair made me think that these are getting a little dangerous. If only I had bumper plates and could just throw them down. I suppose I could back off the weight a bit and do 12 rep sets or something.
