on my second to last rep of third set, I tweaked my neck on the right side. Weird. Never tweaked my neck on squats: only with the press. Was going to do a full workout. Bummer. Pretty painful now. Probably won’t be able to lift for a few days.
Been doing some jump rope intervals: 7.7.22; 7.9.22– and today as well. Doing them in the morning generally. Nothing too formal or timed. Just jumping for a bit with increasing intensity as I go until a sprint for a few seconds. Then rest and repeat. Have gradually increased the number of intervals each workout.
Squat feels harder than it should at this point, but it’ll come. Press was no problem. Could have done 95, but still being a bit careful to not reinjure the neck.
