    Felt a little neck/trap tweak after second set of press (like I sometimes get), so stopped there. Back was feeling a little off from all the shoveling lately.

                                Had a spotter on bench for last set. He may have put his fingers on the bar for the last rep. Said he didn’t help. Squat felt quite strong. I had a long rest before last set of chins.
