    chins: bw 12

    felt kind of crappy. I was noticing some soreness in groin/hamstring left side on squat and didn’t want to risk pulling something, so stopped at 2 sets. Press was dismal.

      184.6 body weight!

      I missed a workout or two, so thought my lifts would suffer. Surprised to pick up right where I left off. But bodyweight is going up, so that probably has something to do with it. Because of that, pull ups and chins are suffering a bit.

          Ran out of time so didn’t get to do pull ups. I’m still kind of rehabbing all these little tiny tweaks. So I went slower with the squat today into depth position. Felt pretty good. No spotter on bench. Last rep of last set a little dicey, but got it!

              Spotter on first set of bench. No spotter last two sets, so was being cautious. Disappointing though.

                  Losing some consistency lately. Wasn’t sure what if squat (especially after tweaking my back the las workout on the press: upper middle right side). Bench has waned a bit. Had a spotter on last set and that was my best set. Was in a hurry on chins.
