    squat was surprisingly difficult. Worked out earlier in the day again, and I think I just feel sluggish. Not sure how I’m 183.4 today.

    My arms were so tired after rowing, and still sore from lifting the previous day, that pull ups were tough.

    deadlift: 250 5

    181.7 bodyweight, no shoes, shorts.

    Bench was a grind. I lifted earlier in the day, so I think my body just wasn’t quite ready to lift yet. Deadlift was DOH, but slipping a bit. Didn’t have time to do pull ups. Probably good to rest my neck tweak a bit more anyway.

    Tweaked my neck a tiny bit on the last set of press. Rushed the set as I was in hurry. Haste makes waste. Nothing major. Didn't have time for pull ups. Hope to get in tomorrow for some rower and pull ups.

    everything felt pretty good. Easing back into a routine. I started feeling nauseous right before what would have been my eighth rower interval. Really took it out of me.

    182.4 bodyweight, clothes, no shoes

    I strained my fingers on both hands the other day pulling buckthorn out. So i didn't deadlift or do pull ups because of that. Squat felt great. Was going to do three sets of 205, but was feeling good, so kept it up and got to two plates. I am sure I can easily do 3 sets with two plates next time.

    Deadlift was tough. I tried the hook grip some on warm ups. 4 DOH.

    Bench felt pretty good. I thought I would have to microload, but was feeling so good on warm ups, went for 185.
