    Planned day off from accessories due to travel.
    Benched Monday.
    Have another travel day this coming Tuesday, but i'll try getting these in on Monday with benching.
    Starting back up after skipping seemed way harder.

      This was the last day i did weighted dips and rows.
      After ten 2 week cycles of everything, and the associated weight progression, and ending my bulk, i needed to manage some upper body fatigue.

      I took several days off from all accessories, then started in again with pullups only.

                      May go to 45lbs next week, and drop to triples to start.
                      I'm using a 35 and my 1 inch 10 pounders so i don't have to share my barbell plates with my dip belt, so i won't be microloading these.
