  • sumo deadlift 1@8 160 kg PR , [email protected] 140 kg (@10 for hook grip)

    Wow, 160 kg has never moved like that. That came out of nowhere. I could have used straps for that back off set.

    2 ct paused bench 8@7 70 kg, 8@8 72.5 kg, 5@10 75 kg

    Weak benching again.

    incline bench 8 x 60 kg, 2 x 8 x 50 kg

    I did BB incline instead of DB because DB's were used.

        press 1@8 65 kg , 5@10 57.5 kg (I lost balance), [email protected] 52.5 kg

        Press felt good today. I think that I had 57.5 kg for 6@9 but I lost balance. I should be able to PR my press soon, 65 kg moved well.

            85 kg was better than last week. I am not happy with this but it is good to see some progress. Hopefully I can do 90 kg for 6@9 again soon.

            I sinked every rep to make sure that these were to depth as I have had depth issues.

              Yeah 25 kg would have been better for that last set.

                  Idk if all my previous squat PR's were a bit high. These were almost atg. But I don't really care about my bb squat numbers.

                  Press felt pretty good today. Now I did 57.5 kg for 6 reps.

                  • Morning weight was 80.4 kg.

                    bench [email protected] 100 kg PR , 5@10 90 kg, [email protected] 85 kg

                    First rep with 100 kg moved well so I decited to go for 2 reps. This shows that my 1@8 estimate is pretty accurate. That set with 90 kg was bad. But I feel like bench is trending in the right direction.

                    Yeah, I have been undershooting RPE because these are so uncomfortable.

                            That 130 kg was to depth but it wasn't @8 really. It wasn't a true max though.
