Developmental block day 1 (week 2) First set felt kinda weird (only set I didn't record) but all other sets looked really good. I couldn't see if there was any heel lift, but since I think that's due to knee slide, and I didn't see a lot of knee slide, then it probably wasn't an issue. Lengthened gaze about 1.5-2 feet in front of me, and neck looked a lot better, and bending over came naturally. I didn't feel at all as if I might good moring the weight. Took 8 minutes between sets. Bench was pretty good too. Took 5 minutes between sets and didn't feel fatigued at all.
