                  My bench press felt amazing today. That was only the 3rd time I have ever pressed 250 and it moved very fast. Luckily no one else was in the gym to spot me or I may have tried for 275.

                        Man a 300lb paused bench would be awesome. Hope you make it! Liking 12 week strength? The more I hang around here the more I get the sense that it’s the crown jewel of the templates.

                        Yeah, I am really enjoying it. I might have been overshooting a lot of RPEs during the first few weeks, but everything seems to be moving up now. I would love to hit a paused 300 bench but if it needs to be TnG then it will be.

                      I'm not sure I was fully mentally ready for the deadlift single. The back-off sets were some of the fastest reps I've ever pulled at that weight and the rest of the workout went very well.
