    The squats felt pretty good today and looking at the video I would have rated the 405 an 8.5. My bench was not feeling too good and once I switched to the 2ct pauses, I realized that I was touching about 2 inches high on my chest.

      *This would have been a bodyweight press, but on video review i unlocked my knees during the "bounce."
      **promptly got a charley horse in my right quad and almost bilaterally with the weight over my head while trying to be strict about keeping my knees locked.

              So I have decided to just move onto the hypertrophy template due some life situations. *I have also decided to switch to high-bar squats for the next 7 weeks. They felt very good today and I really enjoyed doing them. I did not, however, enjoy the myoreps.

                            I decided to start logging my training again. I've continued training but it has taken a back seat due to some big life changes. I am starting to get serious about training again I am currently am on week 2 of the hypertrophy template. Bodyweight is around 180.
