    Today went pretty good for squats, wanted to do a bit more on bench, but I’m satisfied with the result anyways.

            Pretty good day, squats went well, bench could have gone better, but I’m content regardless, just need to always keep the long-term perspective in mind.

              Pretty solid day, conditioning went well after deadlifting this time for the most part, so progress is being made

                    Everything felt pretty good today except the triple on bench, I did 290x3, but it was @ 10 instead of 9, so had to drop it a bit, not sure why the 290 was so hard though, oh well...
